Coverage of Trekfest from Riverside

Trekfest, Riverside's annual community festival with a little science fiction thrown in, attracted several hundred people again this year. Some people took the opportunity to dress as their favorite Star Trek characters, while others simply enjoyed the parade, rides, and entertainment.

Trekfest 2008 included a wide variety of events, including a volleyball tournament, a parade, and a handful of dealers selling StarTrek merchandise. Goods included everything, ranging from plates to shirts and action figures to posters.
